Reservations

Please use our online reservation request, call us at (856) 769-5471 or email us at happydog@joyfulacres.net to make a reservation.  Reserve your spot as quickly as possible. All reservations are first come, first serve.  While we can frequently accommodate last minute requests, holiday and summer reservations sometimes fill up several weeks or even months in advance.  

Please  include the details of your request including your name and phone  number, requested dates, dog's name and breed.  If you would like an  oversized kennel or condo for your dog(s), please let us know.    If you have multiple dogs, please specify if they need to be kenneled separately. We usually kennel dogs from the same family together unless you request separate kennels.   Emailed or faxed (856-769-0555) vaccination records will speed up the process.  We require rabies, distemper/parvo and bordatella vaccinations. We recommend Canine Influenza vaccination due to a nationwide outbreak.

If you leave us a message or send an email requesting a reservation, we will call or email you confirming your request.  We do return calls as soon as possible, but our lobby can be a busy (and barky) place and we receive a high volume of calls.  We will get back to you as soon as we can.  Please don't call and hang up repeatedly, it is very distracting when we are trying to work with another client or work with a pet in our care.

Monday - Saturday:
8-10 am & 4-6 pm
Sunday:
4 pm-6 pm

We are using a curbside drop off and pick up system, 

please pull in front of the door when you arrive.
Please note: Time outside of these hours is spent caring for our guests. Our facility is closed for several hours in the middle of the day.  Being away from home can be stressful for pets, we find that the mid-day quiet time allows the dogs to rest and reduces anxiety.
